BFGS Theta reduced to x.xxxxxxx

Some kind of minimalization parameter being shrunken, possibly similar to S. Y. Does not halt minimalization. In outputM you can see which minimalization step this occurred in, if not the last it's probably fine. Removing it most likely requires changing optimization algorithm or parameters. Mine were done with default PORT minimalization. MSR1a may be more interesting nowadays, though unsure of how much intermediate data it writes out.
